EDUCATIONAL FORUMS

2019 Monthly Post-Stroke Programs

We are pleased to announce that the PSA Post-Stroke Programs have been expanded and are currently offered at TWO locations:

  • Post-Stroke Lecture Series are hosted by Sequoia Hospital Health & Wellness Center (749 Brewster Avenue – downtown Redwood City). The sessions are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month, 2pm – 3:30pm.
  • Educational Forums are hosted at El Camino Hospital (2500 Grant Road, Mountain View) The sessions are held on the 2nd Friday of the month, 10:30am – 12pm.

Stroke survivors, family members and those who work with post-stroke patients are welcome to attend these FREE programs. The talks are followed by group discussions. For more information and to RSVP: contact support@psastroke.org or 650-565-8485.
