Monthly Post-Stroke Programs

We are pleased to announce that the PSA Post-Stroke Programs have been expanded and are currently offered at TWO locations:

  • Educational Forums hosted at El Camino Hospital, Mountain View,                               2nd Friday of the month, 10:30am – 12pm.
  • Educational Forums – hosted at Kaiser Permanente, San Mateo,                                           3rd Friday of the month, 10:45am – 12pm.

These FREE programs are open to stroke survivors and their caregivers. Presentations are followed by Q & A and group discussions.
